We hand-pick every car. Demand, depreciation, ownership costs and practical suitability are weighed before we put it on the floor. If the market does not want it, we do not stock it.
History
LTA records, log card authenticity, paint thickness per panel, structural inspection. We document what we find and disclose it before you commit. Unknown is not the same as clean.
Inspection
Every car goes through our 160-point inspection before it is listed. Six zones, signed off by the technician. The full report is yours at handover.
Condition
Condition is graded honestly. Wear-and-tear is documented. If a car has a known minor issue we disclose it; we do not dress it up. You see the same car we see.
Pricing
Every price is benchmarked against current market data and our own transaction history. We will tell you what we paid, what we are asking, and why we think the gap is fair.
Ownership economics
Depreciation, COE position, road tax, insurance — the running costs of the car are explained in the same conversation as the price. We size the deal to your real budget.
Warranty
A written warranty is included with every Wheeley-certified car. Engine, gearbox, electrical, labour at our panel workshops. The full schedule is yours at handover.
Independent PPI
You are welcome to send any Wheeley car for an independent Pre-Purchase Inspection. If the PPI surfaces something we missed, we either fix it or unwind the deal.
Handover
Same specialist from first enquiry to handover. The car is delivered with the inspection report, warranty schedule, financing documents and a clear walkthrough of every feature.
After-sales
After handover, the same number reaches the same desk. Warranty claims, servicing questions, trade-in later — we are here.
