Last updated: 29 August 2026. These terms govern your use of wheeleyauto.sg and the services provided by Wheeley Automobile Pte Ltd (UEN 202433801N). By using this site or our services, you agree to these terms.

Vehicle listings

Vehicle information "— price, specifications, mileage, COE and paper value "— is shown in good faith from data available at the time of listing and may change without notice. Availability, pricing and specifications should be confirmed with our desk before you rely on them.

Purchases and deposits

Booking deposits are applied toward the purchase price. If you proceed to purchase, the balance is payable as agreed before handover. Cancellation and refund terms are stated in your deposit receipt and sales documents. Ownership transfer is completed through LTA processes and is subject to LTA approval.

Financing and insurance

Rates quoted (including 2.68% p.a.) are indicative and subject to lender approval, your financial profile, and the loan-to-value limits that apply under the rules of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Loan approval, quantum and tenure are decided by the bank or financier. Insurance premiums depend on the insurer's underwriting. Where financing is structured as a hire-purchase, the terms of the Hire-Purchase Act (Cap 125) apply and are set out in your finance documents.

Warranty

Any warranty accompanying a vehicle is described in your handover pack. Exact coverage, duration and exclusions are confirmed in writing before you commit.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights as a consumer under Singapore law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act. Where you buy as a consumer, statutory remedies apply as provided by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer protection law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site.
