Yes. Trade-ins are welcome. We apply the trade-in value as a credit against the purchase price, then settle the balance via PayNow. Trade-in offers are market-based and follow the same PARF + COE + demand formula as our buy-direct offers.

Most do not, because short-COE cars are hard to retail. Wheeley specializes in 2-3 year COE cars, which is why we pay the top of the band for that segment. For cars with less than 1 year of COE, we route the offer to our scrap/export partner.

At Wheeley, you have a 24-hour cooling-off period after agreeing to a written offer. After 24 hours, we may have already committed to reconditioning costs and may charge a small cancellation fee (typically $200-500). The cooling-off is in writing in our standard sale agreement.
